How many ear plugs are in a pack?
Each pack contains 5 pairs, so 10 individual ear plugs.
How do I fit foam ear plugs properly?
With clean hands, roll the plug into a thin cylinder, reach over your head with the other hand to gently pull the top of your ear up and back, then insert the plug. Hold it in place for a few seconds while the foam slowly expands.
What does slow expansion mean?
The foam takes a few seconds to return to shape after you roll it, giving you time to push it into the right position before it expands and seals.
Can I reuse foam ear plugs?
They're designed for single use. Throw them away once they're dirty or no longer expand properly, and fit a fresh pair for the best protection and hygiene.
