Shipping policy

Order Processing

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed with DHL Next Day delivery placed after 2:00 pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Delivery will then occur on the next working day.

During busy periods such as holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may take a little longer. We kindly ask that you allow extra time in transit for delivery during these times.

Important: We are unable to ship aerosol products outside of mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, due to courier and airline restrictions. Any orders placed for aerosols with delivery addresses in these regions will be cancelled and fully refunded.


Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders over £49.99 qualify for free domestic shipping within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

Please note: Some parcels may exceed the size or weight limits for Royal Mail. In these cases, we will send your order via DHL to ensure safe and efficient delivery. This may occur even if a Royal Mail option is selected at checkout.

Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped. The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
