What do you sell?
We're a professional UK-based online supplier of screws, nuts, bolts and fixings, along with adhesives, sealants, tapes, sprays, PPE and trade supplies from leading brands including Timco, C-TEC (CT1, Peel Tec, Miracle Seal), Gorilla, Ambersil, Aquadry, Dirty Down, ProDec, Araldite, Tarpaflex, Moldex and Milwaukee, and much more. From small packs up to trade boxes of 1,000, we supply professional tradespeople and DIYers alike.
Are your products new?
Yes, all our products are brand new. We don't sell second-hand goods.
Do you have an item in stock, or can I get a larger quantity?
Message us on live chat (7am–10pm) and a member of our team will check stock for you.
Trade & ordering
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
Yes. Bulk pricing is available on request. Email Sales@stickystuffstore.com with what you need.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes, VAT invoices are available for all orders.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?
Gift cards are available. We don't offer gift wrapping.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Free UK delivery on orders over £49.99 (excluding Northern Ireland). Otherwise:

How quickly do you dispatch?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. We don't dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays. DHL Next Day orders placed after 2pm go out the next working day.
Do you have a shop I can visit or collect from?
No. We're online only and collection isn't available. We deliver across the UK.
Can you ship aerosols?
Aerosols can only be shipped to mainland UK, not Northern Ireland or overseas, due to courier and airline restrictions.
Returns & help
What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free and we'll provide a return label. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us straight away. See our full refund policy.
Will I speak to a real person?
Yes. On live chat, just ask to speak to a person and one of our team will take over. Every email is read and answered by a real member of our team.
